Terms of Agreement

1. Account and Supplier Relationship:

a. Account: As an Account user, you represent and warrant that you are an occupational therapist or authorized representative seeking products for professional purposes.

b. Supplier: Suppliers on our platform provide estimates in response to product requests. They are responsible for accurately estimating the cost of requested products and providing quality service.

2. Product Requests and Estimates:

a. Product Requests: Accounts can submit product requests detailing their requirements.

b. Estimates: Suppliers respond with estimates for the requested products. Accounts should carefully review and acknowledge the estimates before proceeding.

3. Agreement and Transaction:

a. Acceptance of Estimate: By accepting a Supplier’s estimate, the Account acknowledges the intention to proceed with the transaction at the estimated cost.

b. Entering an Agreement: Accepting an estimate constitutes entering into an agreement with the Supplier to complete the transaction under the terms specified.

4. Platform Facilitation:

a. Transaction Facilitation: Enabley (www.enabley.com.au) acts as a platform to facilitate the connection between Accounts and Suppliers. We are not a party to the transaction but strive to ensure a smooth process.

b. Transaction Completion: The completion of the transaction, including payment and delivery, is the responsibility of the Account and the Supplier.

5. Fees and Payments:

a. Service Fees: Enabley (www.enabley.com.au) may charge service fees for the use of our platform. Details of any fees will be provided transparently.

b. Payment: Payments are conducted directly between the Account and the Supplier. We do not process payments on behalf of either party.

6. Privacy and Data:

a. Data Handling: We prioritize the privacy and security of user data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Termination:

a. Termination Rights: Enabley (www.enabley.com.au) reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms or any inappropriate conduct.

8. Changes to Terms:

a. Updates: We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
