ABOUT US:

Sleep Electric Brisbane Northside is a family owned and operated business that sells Adjustable Beds,

Mattresses and Accessories to the general public and Home Care Package and NDIS Clients. We have

been operating for 5 years in the Brisbane region, with over 35 years of experience in the bedding

industry and nearly 20 years in Adjustable Beds Combined within our family members.

The focus of our business is to make adjustable beds more accessible for all and to assist clients in

finding a new way to help manage their health using our product. We work closely alongside the

clients, Occupational Therapists and Care Coordinators to make sure we are providing the best

product for the client’s needs.

Our team is committed to providing the best products and service that we possibly can, before,

during and after a sale. We don’t just stop caring once we have delivered the bed; if there are ever

any problems with our products, we try our best to get them fixed as soon as possible.

OUR BUSINESS MODEL:

We operate a mobile showroom which has 2 of our most popular bases, and many different

mattresses. We carry the remotes that operate our other models so clients can see the differences.

The mobile showroom is available via appointment to come to client’s homes, parks, offices,

wherever we need to conduct a trial / demonstration.

We have also just opened a showroom, located in Geebung if clients would prefer to get

out of the house and come and visit us! We have all our models available for trial at Geebung. This

showroom will be accessible via appointment between 9 AM – 4 PM most weekdays. If

appointments are needed outside this time, we will try our best to make it happen.

These appointments are often made via an Occupational Therapist, who also attends the trial to

make sure the most appropriate bed and mattress are chosen for the client’s needs.

Clients are also more than welcome to make an appointment themselves if they do not need an

Occupational Therapist present or would like to coordinate it themselves.
